
PRICING POLICY
WE DO NOT CHARGE BY THE HOUR.
Hourly rates can be misleading and do not reflect the true value of a technician’s skill, experience, and knowledge.
Instead, we charge based on the job required. This ensures fair, transparent pricing and allows us to assign the most qualified technician available to complete your repair efficiently.
Our goal is to provide accurate diagnostics, quality repairs, and any necessary parts or follow-up service to get the job done right.
APPLIANCE MOVEMENT & LIABILITY NOTICE
To diagnose, install, or repair your appliance, it may need to be moved. While we use reasonable care, movement of appliances is performed at the customer’s risk.
All types of flooring and surfaces (including but not limited to hardwood, tile, laminate, vinyl, carpet, or any other material) may be susceptible to damage. Moving appliances may result in scratches, dents, cracks, tears, or other damage to flooring, the appliance, or surrounding areas.
By proceeding, you acknowledge and agree that GOAT Repairs LLC d/b/a GO Appliance Technician and its technicians are not responsible for any damage caused by the movement of appliances, including but not limited to damage to floors, walls, cabinets, appliances, or surrounding property.
We are also not responsible for damage due to pre-existing conditions, including but not limited to flooring condition, improper installation, or faulty or disconnected water, gas, or electrical connections, lines, or hoses.
We are not responsible for loss or damage to contents, including food or other items stored in the appliance.
By proceeding with service, you accept these terms and release GOAT Repairs LLC d/b/a GO Appliance Technician and its technicians from any liability related to the above.
You authorize GOAT Repairs LLC d/b/a GO Appliance Technician to enter the premises and perform diagnostic and estimate services.
AUTHORIZATION & PAYMENT
Customer authorizes GOAT Repairs LLC d/b/a GO Appliance Technician to diagnose and perform repair services on the appliance(s) listed and agrees to pay all charges in full upon completion of the work.
If repairs require special-order parts, Customer agrees to pay a deposit prior to ordering. Any deposit paid will be applied toward the total repair cost. No additional service fee will be charged for the return visit to install ordered parts.
If, during diagnosis or repair, additional issues are discovered requiring further work or parts, Customer will be contacted for approval before any additional charges are incurred.
A $35 fee (or the maximum allowed by law) will be charged for any returned or dishonored payment.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GOAT Repairs LLC d/b/a GO Appliance Technician, including its owners, members, managers, employees, and contractors, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of income, or loss of contents.
GOAT Repairs LLC d/b/a GO Appliance Technician’ total liability, if any, for any claim arising out of or related to the services provided shall be strictly limited to the total amount actually paid by the Customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory asserted, including but not limited to contract, warranty, negligence, strict liability, or any other claim.
COLLECTIONS & ENFORCEMENT
Customer agrees to be responsible for all costs of collection in the event of non-payment, including but not limited to reasonable attorney’s fees, court costs, and collection agency fees.
GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
